Can I submit my project to other hackatons?

So there's another hackaton that runs parallel to this hackaton that started by Svelte team https://hack.sveltesociety.dev/2024

I'm currently creating a game based on Svelte and have been using some interesting use cases for the new Svelte runes so I'm interested in how far it can go in Svelte hackaton. My project is entirely new and its starts date eligible for both hackatons, it just that I'm not sure if submitting to another hackaton might violate the rule of this hackaton run by AWS team.
