one project with multiple awards?

Can one project win multiple prizes or just one, for example, the award for best game and the award for best implementation?

    Each eligible Entrant may win up to one: Overall Prize, Best Implementation, Best Originality and Creativity, Best User Experience, Best Use of Multiple AWS Products, and Best Blog Post, and Honorable Mention.
