How can I signup for Amazon promotional credits for building the Hackathon project

Hi Team, I just signed up for the contest, I want to know how can I receive promotional credits to build the project ?

  This would be really helpful to respond to. Are we to use the free tier option or is there a hackaton credit tier for this?

  @Michal Repovsky , no response yet from the team, even $10 promotional credit would work to use the paid services my aws free tier is over.
